Did you know that Missouri is known as the Cave state? In fact there are about 6,400 caves in the Show Me State! Did you know that Mark Twain’s (Samuel Clemens) book “The Adventures of Tom and Huck” was based not only in Hannibal MO but Mark Twain Cave was a big part of the story as well? We learned so much during this tour and would highly recommend it to you too!
